Stuffed deep dish pizza is a variant of deep dish pizza. Our version of this Chicago specialty features the pizza ingredients "stuffed" beneath a generous layer of our house-made tomato sauce.

When you lift that first slice out of the pan, thick strings of cheese will stretch so far, we dare you to stand up on your chair to test how far it’ll go before breaking (seriously)!

Yes, all of our pizzas are made by hand in the River North neighborhood of Chicago. Authenticity is at the heart of everything we do here at Rupiani's. To us, that means pizza that’s handmade from scratch—in Chicago, using real Chicago water. Not mass produced at an out-of-state facility. Nothing compares to the real thing.

Each pizza is individually vacuum sealed and packaged in a cardboard box. The boxes are then stacked together in an insulated cooler with plenty of dry ice inside.

We carefully calculate the proper amount of dry ice to ensure that the pizzas stay intact for up to 3 days in transit. When your pizzas arrives, there may be a small amount of dry ice left in the cooler, or none left. Don't be alarmed if there's no dry ice left. The dry ice evaporates during transit, so even if it's completely gone by the time your cooler arrives, your pizza should still be frozen or cold to the touch (40 degrees or less).

Upon arrival, remove pizzas from the box and place immediately in freezer, or follow our easy reheating instructions.

We recommend using a towel or gloves when handling the dry ice and not to touch it directly, as it can be extremely cold and cause burns.

Additionally, we recommend setting the dry ice outside (but out of reach of children and pets) until it evaporates. Then, simply throw away the empty dry ice bag.

Due to the fact that our pizzas ship frozen on dry ice, we do not ship internationally. That said, we do provide free expedited shipping to any U.S. address, including Alaska and Hawaii. How's that for amazing service?

Yes, all orders qualify for free & fast expedited shipping to any U.S. address, excluding PO boxes. It's just another way that Rupiani's provides the best service in the industry.

We ship orders Monday-Thursday. We do not ship orders on Friday or over the weekend due to the dry ice needs and perishable nature of our frozen pizzas.

All orders include free expedited shipping with plenty of dry ice, so that your package arrives cold within just a few days of placing your order. On average, we've found that most orders are received within 3-5 business days after being placed.

While the vast majority of orders do arrive on time, delays due to weather and other conditions are possible and can occur.

Every Rupiani's stuffed deep dish pizza is about 10 inches wide, weighs over 2 pounds, and serves 2-3 people (and maybe more)!

Remember, our pizzas are handmade by the finest deep dish pizza artisans in Chicago. Due to the 100% handmade process, there may be a slight variation in the diameter of each pizza, ± 1 inch.

Every Rupiani's pizza has a shelf life of 1 calendar year (365 days) in a frozen state. Any refrigerated or defrosted pizza should be consumed within 36 hours.

Rupiani's pizzas are par-cooked. Simply put, par-cooking is the process of partially cooking some or all the ingredients ahead of time. Please note that our pizzas cannot be eaten until they are fully cooked.
