Due to our food safety policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges once orders ship. We also reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are provided, which are confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

If your Rupiani's products arrive damaged or spoiled, or if you have received incorrect items, we'll cheerfully replace your purchase. Re-shipments can only be processed if an issue with your order is reported to us within 14 days of its arrival to you. We require that you submit photos of the product that arrived to you in order to be eligible for a re-shipment.
