Created one-by-one by champion pizza makers, our frozen pizzas are made with real Chicago water and are lauded as the best in Chicago. That’s no small feat in a city brimming with saucy, cheesy, piled-high pies.

We use top-shelf Italian ingredients and traditional pizza-making techniques to give your tastebuds a full Chicago experience with every slice. And of course, the Chicago water has a lot to do with the taste. You can read more on that here!

Our pizzas are made in Chicago and ship from Chicago. Each pizza is individually vacuum sealed and packaged in a cardboard box. The boxes are then stacked together in an insulated cooler with plenty of dry ice inside.

We carefully calculate the proper amount of dry ice to ensure that the pizzas stay intact for up to 3 days in transit. When your pizzas arrives, there may be a small amount of dry ice left in the cooler, or none left. Don't be alarmed if there's no dry ice left. Upon arrival, remove pizzas from the box and place immediately in freezer or follow our easy reheating instructions.

Due to the fact that our pizzas ship frozen on dry ice, we do not ship internationally. That said, we do provide free expedited shipping to any U.S. address, including Alaska and Hawaii. How's that for amazing service?

Yes, all orders qualify for free & fast expedited shipping to any U.S. address. It's just another way that Rupiani's provides the best service in the industry.

We ship orders Monday-Thursday. We do not ship orders on Friday or over the weekend due to the dry ice needs and perishable nature of our frozen pizzas.

All orders include free expedited shipping with plenty of dry ice, so that your package arrives cold within just a few days of placing your order. At checkout, you'll be given an estimated delivery date. On average, we've found that most orders are received within 3-5 business days after being placed.

Every Rupiani's stuffed deep dish pizza is about 10 inches wide, weighs over 2 pounds, and serves 2-3 people (and maybe more)!

Remember, our pizzas are handmade by the finest deep dish pizza artisans in Chicago. Due to the 100% handmade process, there may be a slight variation in the diameter of each pizza, ± 1 inch.

When you order from Rupiani's, your satisfaction is always guaranteed, so you can order with complete confidence. If your Rupiani's products arrive damaged or if you have received incorrect items, we'll cheerfully replace your purchase or refund your money, whichever you prefer.

Due to our food safety policy, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on products that have have been opened, tampered with, and/or not in their original condition. If you need further assistance, simply contact customer service.

Absolutely! Our pizza makes a fantastic gift any time of year. At checkout, simply enter your recipient's shipping address and select "My billing address is different than my shipping address" to enter your billing address.

You'll see an option to send a gift receipt via email to your recipient—this is an optional way to let your recipient know their delicious pizza is on the way, and allows them to track their shipment. Don't worry, we don't include any price information in the gift email!

What's considered "expensive" is relative. Many people consider traveling, paying for gas and parking, dining out at restaurants, and tipping to be expensive activities.

At Rupiani's, we do things differently than other frozen deep dish pizzerias. We actually make all our pizzas in Chicago—in small batches and with the highest ingredient standards. We then ship them in 3 packs with free expedited shipping and plenty of dry ice to any address in the United States. Every Rupiani's pizza has a shelf life of 1 calendar year (365 days) in a frozen state. Any defrosted pizza should be consumed within 36 hours.

Rupiani's pizzas are par-cooked. Simply put, par-cooking is the process of partially cooking some or all the ingredients ahead of time. Please note that our pizzas cannot be eaten until they are fully cooked.
